Who we are

Roam is offered by BLOCC (KvK 76347737, VAT NL241853473B01). Reach us through the chat on roamlocation.com, support@roamlocation.com.

What you buy

A pass gives one iPhone access to Roam for the period you choose: 1, 7, 30 or 365 days, counted from when we activate your invite. Roam needs an iPhone with iOS 27 or newer and Developer Mode turned on.

Delivery

After payment we add your iPhone and send your personal install link by e-mail, usually within a few hours and always within 24 hours.

Money back and withdrawal

If Roam doesn't work on your iPhone, tell us within 7 days of paying and we refund you in full. A pass is digital content that starts right away; at checkout you agree that the 14-day withdrawal period ends once your pass is activated. The money-back promise above still applies.

How you may use Roam

Use Roam on your own iPhone and in line with the law and the rules of the apps you use. Some apps and games forbid changed locations and can block your account for it; that's between you and that app. Don't use Roam to mislead people or commit fraud.

If iOS changes

Roam relies on features of iOS that Apple can change. If an update stops Roam from working and we can't fix it, we refund the unused part of your pass.

Liability

We do our best to keep Roam working but can't promise it always will. Our liability is limited to what you paid for your pass, except where the law doesn't allow a limit.

Law

Dutch law applies. If we can't solve a complaint together, the competent Dutch court decides.
