What Roam keeps on your iPhone
Your saved and recent places, your pairing file and your settings stay on your iPhone. Roam has no analytics and sends no location data anywhere.
What we keep to give you access
Your name, your e-mail address, your iPhone's UDID and the end date of your pass. We need these to add your iPhone and to check your pass. Roam asks our server about your invite code a few times a day; that request contains only the code.
Payments
Stripe handles payments. We receive your name, e-mail and whether you paid, never your card or bank details.
The UDID check
The profile on our site reads your iPhone's UDID, model and iOS version once and shows them to you. Nothing stays installed.
How long
We delete your details within a month after your pass ends, unless you ask to renew. Payment records are kept as long as Dutch tax law requires.
The chat
Our chat runs on Crisp, a European service. It only loads when you open it. What you write there is stored so we can answer you.
Your rights
You can ask us to see, correct or delete your details at any time through the chat or by e-mail.
